Spring 2022 has been the season of learning and re-grouping! After 2 years of being grounded, like everyone, we were able to (safely) travel this February & March for 2 highly anticipated industry events.

We arrived in Seattle ready to learn and grow with our Methods For Management group of like-minded industry colleagues, hosted by the incredible Bakker’s Fine Dry Cleaning. We had a great time connecting with fellow business owners in the cleaning industry, trading tips, tricks and stories we’ve gathered during the pandemic.

We’re looking forward to our next meeting with our fellow Canadians at Busy Bee Cleaners this coming May!

Jacksonville

Always on our annual list of highlights, we were finally able to return after a pandemic break to our regular Association of Wedding Gown Specialists Conference, this year hosted by world renowned Oceanside Cleaners in Jacksonville, Florida.

We had an incredible time learning from a variety of industry experts on important topics ranging from inclusivity in the wedding industry, texting for customer service, new fibers and trends and how to provide next level customer service.

Our time at the conference left us with a re-newed sense of energy and a can-do attitude that was much needed as we slowly re-enter a (hopefully) post-pandemic normalcy.
